How quickly do you respond to support requests?

We typically respond within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday). For urgent issues, email us directly at hello@imagewand.app with "Urgent" in the subject line.

Do you offer phone support?

Currently we provide email support only. This lets us give detailed, well-researched responses to every inquiry.

I purchased credits but they haven't appeared. What should I do?

Credits are usually applied instantly. If yours haven't appeared after 5 minutes, please email hello@imagewand.app with your account email and we'll resolve it immediately.

Can I request a refund for unused credits?

Yes. If you haven't used your credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Partially used credit packs may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

Do you offer partnerships or API access?

We're open to partnership discussions. Email hello@imagewand.app with details about your use case, expected volume, and integration needs. We review partnership requests within 3 business days.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Use the contact form above and select "Feature Request" or "Technical Support" from the subject dropdown. Include screenshots or screen recordings if possible — they help us reproduce and fix issues much faster.
